Over 200 leading scientific research papers that
now
PROVEN that flooding your body with ecstatic energy
produced by levels of deep meditation is the BEST WAY to naturally trigger your body
into producing its
own most powerful anti-aging hormones.

How experiencing ecstatic energy is the best
anti-aging cream available!
This is the key:
It is not meditation that radically reduces the signs of aging,
BUT - the powerful hormones and chemicals that are produced by the
body WHEN it goes into deep meditative states.
It is these hormones and
secretions that are the anti-aging agents.
So most people don't realize
that the best anti-aging cream or lotion is
within within their own bodies - within their own hormonal system!
And
so John, when some of my students ask me
a practical reason
why they should
practice the Bliss
Technique, I tell them:
" Go
look in the mirror- and tell me how much
you spend every
month on anti-aging creams, oinments and lotions
- when the most
powerful
anti-aging 'cream'
is within
yourself.
|
|
Remember, The Bliss Technique means nothing if you do
not see and FEEL the effects in your mirror.
You
are one with your body.
And
as you begin to access and feel these higher
ecstatic energies running through your body, your body, which
is made of the same ENERGY, but vibrating at a different speed
– will begin to RESPOND to this ecstatic, HEALING
life-giving energy.
You’ll see
the difference in YOUR eyes.
In YOUR skin.
In YOUR hair.
In YOUR
muscles.
In YOUR
bones.
If you don’t
- then you are not accessing these energies properly and you
are wasting your time.
As
Ramakrishna once said:
“When a person attains ecstatic love, all the pores
of the skin, even the roots of the hair, become like so
many sex organs, and in every pore the aspirant enjoys
the incredible pleasure of communion with life itself.”

In
his book, 'Doing Nothing', the author Steven Harrison
writes this:
 |
"The
body needs consciousness, life energy.
It is starving.
Disease is the starvation of the body.
The
starvation is not for food, but for the entry of
consciousness, of life energy into the very cells of
the body.
This
chronic consciousness-starvation is manifest in the slow
decline and degeneration of the physical body. It is the
aging process, mechanically imprinted in our memory, our
genes".

When
your body learns once again how to release
hyper-stress from it's sytem and how
to experience DEEP levels of ecstatic
peace and relaxation, your whole bodily
bio-chemistry will change.
Deep meditative
practices like the Bliss Technique transform the body's ability to
generate and secrete certain hormonal substances, namely an
intriguing steroid called DHEA.
DHEA
is a plentiful substance that is secreted by the adrenal
cortex.
It circulates
in the bloodstream in quantities thousands of times greater than
either the sex hormone, estrogen and testosterone, yet science has
been unable to pin what it's exact role in the body is.
All
that is known is that it declines in a virtual straight line with
age.
Levels
of DHEA peak at around age 25 but continue to reduce to
about 5% of their maximum by the last year of life.
However
in 1989, in Temple University a biochemist called Arthur
Schwartz made an extraordinary discovery when he injected DHEA
to mice and observed a remarkable reversal in ageing.
Scientists
now had some key evidence that DHEA must have some key role to
play in the body's ageing process but they also found an important
link between DHEA and the body's exposure to stress.
Research
began to show that the body's DHEA reservoir was significantly
depleted
by marked levels of stress.
Scientists
began to draw the following conclusion that if someone can keep up
his DHEA levels, his body must be resisting stress, and with fewer
stress reactions, ageing should be retarded.
In
a related experiment, 328 experienced meditators were
examined and their levels of DHEA were compared to those of 1,462 people who had never practised meditation.
The
results were highly significant - for example, men over 45 who
practiced had 23% more DHEA, the women meditators 47% more DHEA.
Overall
it was estimated that the meditator's DHEA levels were
equivalent to those of people five to ten years older
.
And
in similar follow-up experiments,
with over 100 women suffering from
thinning hair due to the stress of
life and work - over 90% easily
reversed the condition within 6 months
once they learned how to experience deep
levels of peace, relaxation and pleasure
in their bodies once again.
Meditation Shown to
Reduce Aging
Study shows
meditation to have long-term
physical effects
A recent study by
Harvard instructor Dr. Sara W.
Lazar, has shown that meditation
can help to increase brain
function, reduce the effects of
aging on the brain, and improve
concentration and memory.
Lazar, whose primary appointment
is at Massachusetts General
Hospital (MGH), initiated the
study as a response to claims that
meditation improved brain function
and reduced the effects of aging.
According to Dr. Lazar, no
previous work had been done to
actually analyze the physiological
effects of one’s thoughts.
However, this study provided
“some really strong physical
evidence that there are some
long-term physical affects” of
meditation, she said.
“Dr. Lazar’s findings are
relatively unique; they show that
the mind, through practice, can
increase the thickness of the
prefrontal cortex,” according to
fellow corroborator on the study,
Dr. Herbert Benson—the Mind/Body
Medical Institute Associate
Professor of Medicine at Harvard
Medical School.
This thickening of the cortex is
contrary to what should happen as
the brain ages so the researchers
concluded that the meditation was
responsible for this physical
effect.
“When compared to age match
controls, the people who weren’t
evoking the relaxation response
had thinner cortexes,” commented
Benson. The group that was tested
ranged from 25-50-year-olds who
meditated lightly—approximately
40 minutes a day.
The implications of these findings
could be very important, said
Lazar and Benson.
After completing this study, Lazar
said she believes, “The
effects of meditation can counter
the effect of age.”
If the findings of the study can
be confirmed through follow-up
research, meditation could be
prescribed just like any other
healthcare, said Benson.
Benson said he believes this study
shows that meditation is just
“one of scores of techniques
that bring about a physiologic
response.” Meditation, according
to Benson, is one of the weapons
in the arsenal of fighting aging
of the brain.
A follow-up study is being planned
by Lazar to confirm the findings
of her research. In the new study,
people will be tested at two
points in time, once before
meditation starts and once after
to show the effects meditation has
specifically on memory and
attention, she explained.
As people live longer than ever
before, aging brains become a
significant problem. Lazar said
she hopes to shed more light on
how meditation might be used to
combat this aging and perhaps even
reverse it.
Physiological
Benefits of Meditation
1) Meditation
reduces the heart rate, as well as
the respiratory and metabolic rate.
This helps to reduce the workload on
the heart. It is highly beneficial
for people suffering from high blood
pressure.
2) Cortisol is often called the
stress hormone and is related to a
wide variety of health related
problems - especially when it is in
high levels in our body. Meditation
lowers cortisol levels and provides
relief from the adverse effects
of cortisol on our health.
Meditation helps to reduce stress in
this way. It also reduces muscle
tension and enhances the quality of
living.
3) Regular practice of meditation
reduces the creation of free
radicals that are responsible for
tissue damage and premature aging.
4) Meditation improves the breathing
process. This helps to increase
airflow to the lungs and has a
revitalizing effect on our overall
health. It enhances the level of
strength, vigor and energy.
5) Meditation boosts the immune
system and slows down the process of
aging.
6) Meditation helps in reducing the
symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome.
7) Meditation enhances the
functioning of the brain. It is
helpful in curing migraines,
headaches, etc. and other
neurological and nervous system
problems.
Clinical Evidence For The Benefits Of Meditation
Research by Dr Vincent Giampapa, MD, Former President of
American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine, New England Journal of Medicine
Dr Giampapa suggested that meditation “dramatically” affects the
production of three hormones directly related to longevity of life and
overall well-being; cortisol, DHEA and melatonin:
1) Cortisol is found in the adrenal glands and impacts learning and
memory, as too much of it is bad for us and causes stress. This is reduced
by meditation.
2) DHEA is used as a “source ingredient” for virtually every
“good hormone” the body needs, and helps our immune system. This is
increased by meditation and brainwave entraiment sessions
3) Melatonin is the chemical produced during deep, natural sleep.
Having lots of DHEA and melatonin is good for us. This is increased by
meditation.
Research by Dr Margaret Patterson & Dr Ifor Capel,
Marie Curie Cancer Foundation Research Department:
How
Meditation Reduces Free Radicals
in the Body
A free radical is an agent which
attacks our cells from the
inside-out. To understand how, we
must understand that our cells are
made up of atoms with a nucleus at
the center. This nucleus is
surrounded by a cloud of negatively
charged particles called electrons,
which work in pairs. For many
reasons, including stress,
depression, and environmental
factors, an atom in one of our cells
may lose an electron. The loss of an
electron is how an atom becomes a
free radical, which can now attack
the cell it occupies, damaging and
eventually killing it.
Death and damage in our cells is
exactly what aging is, the solution
- antioxidants. Antioxidants are
nutrients made in the human body and
found in healthy foods. Antioxidants
donate their extra electrons to free
radicals restoring balance.
The human body can produce its own
antioxidants, but with the
activities we do daily, and the
toxins we are exposed to in food and
in the environment, we rupture more
cells than we can produce. This is
especially so if we do not get
adequate sleep, are over-stressed,
anxious, or depressed, which is why
meditation helps fight free
radicals. Meditation restores
restful and peaceful states to the
mind, relaxing muscles, oxygenating
blood, and increasing the flow of
nutrients to cells, so the body can
naturally produce antioxidants.
The body gets more quality time to
heal while meditating than while
sleeping. When sleeping, your brain
is still thinking subconsciously, as
is manifesting itself in dreams.
During meditation, this isn't the
case. During meditation your mind is
relaxed, giving your body the energy
to boost your immune system, fight
disease, and produce antioxidants.
The result is increased
longevity, better health, and an
increased quality of life. By
slowing the aging process and
fighting free radicals, we reduce
our risks of cancer and disease.
Meditation is the fountain of youth
we have all been waiting for, and it
is available to you right now.
stimulate your natural production of tryptamines; serotonin,
melatonin and D.M.T so you can benefit from deeper sleep,
improved mood, increased mind power, better health, creativity and
intuition.
Melatonin
Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland in the
brain. It anti-aging hormone with many functions including helping you
sleep. Researchers believe our melatonin levels drop as we age.
Some people think lower levels of melatonin may explain why some older
adults have sleep problems and tend to go to bed and wake up earlier than
when they were younger. Doctors prescribe expensive melatonin supplements
for sleep disorders. With meditation you can make them naturally and for
free.
Serotonin
Serotonin is a hormone that helps maintain a happy feeling and
seems to help keep our moods under control by helping with sleep, calming
anxiety, and relieving depression. According to researchers like
Schildkraut and later Coppen, depression is caused by a deficiency in
serotonin, which impairs neuronal communication. Drugs like Prozac
(fluoxetine) are widely prescribed to treat depression with a whole list
of harmful side effects. With meditation you get a drug and side effect
free, natural way to keep your serotonin levels in balance.
DHEA
DHEA gives you protection against stress-related hormones such
as cortisol.
A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine 11/12/1986
found that a 100 microgram per deciliter increase in DHEA blood levels
corresponded with a 48% reduction in mortality due to cardiovascular
disease and a 36% reduction in mortality for any reason!
Trypnaural meditation is widely enjoyed by users all around the
world, from yoga teachers, reiki masters, corporate executives,
actors, musicians and even employed by USA Army officers as a way for them
to combat stress.
People who meditate live longer and happier lives because mediation
produces amazing feel good hormones that boosts the immune
system and enhances your cells.
These hormones are what we should make all the time, but under long
term stress our brain stop produces these beneficial hormones and starts
to produce harmful stress hormones instead.
Meditation also enhances your brain function so you can think with more
clarity, think faster and sharper and tackle more complex tasks.
This is how many corporate exec, business people, even politicians and
lawyers are getting the edge over their colleagues in the harsh cut throat
competitive world we live in…
